Estimated tax
Estimated tax
We include an estimated tax only when your item values more than a tax-free limit in your county, so you are informed of a true total cost upfront.
Tax-free limit
To simplify the import process, many governments allow low-value goods to clear customs without taxes. This is known as the “de minimis” threshold, and it can change frequently, so it’s important to stay up to date. If your parcel exceeds your country’s value limit, additional duties and taxes may apply.

Duties and taxes
You may need to pay import taxes to have your parcel released from customs. These typically include customs duty, customs processing fee, and GST/VAT. Consumption tax also may apply if your items include alcoholic drinks, tobacco, or luxury goods.
An estimated tax amount will be included in our quote, so you’ll know the full cost upfront. The delivery service will contact you for payment once your parcel arrives in your country.
